Microwave CHEESECAKE

Prepared graham cracker crust (* or see below)

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate

3 eggs 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream at room temperature

In Tupperware Prep Essentials Mix-N-Stor, beat cheese until fluffy using Saucy Silicone Spatula- or in the Quick Chef using the blades until soft. Switch to Quick Chef beaters. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs then lemon juice, mix well. Pour into 6 1/4 cup Round Heat-N-Serve. Cook on medium high in microwave for 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot, stirring with Silicone Spatula every 2 minutes. Pour into prepared crust. Cook on 50% power (medium) 6 to 8 minutes more until center is set. Cool. Chill. * you may also make your own crust using the Quick Chef! Blend grahmn crackers, 1 egg and 2 teaspoons butter or margerine. Pour into Heat N Serve large deep container and microwave as above.

Garnish with choice of fruit: strawberrys, peach, blue berry, cherry, drizzle on chocolate syrup or strawberry syrup. Be creative with toppings or use what you have! Awesome variations: Replace grahmn crackers with crushed oreo cookies and / or add crushed oreo cookies to the cheese cake mix before baking! Simply chop cookies using the Quick Chef!

First Grand Openning Party

Well besides my own this is the first Grand openning party I have been too, its done to welcome a new consultant into the world of selling Tupperware, hopefully the party results in enough party booking it gives the new consultant a headstart into making her way in the Tupperware business. Well I'm the manager who gets to lead it tonight I hope all goes well.
